About Us
Publishing books that inform, enrich, and inspire.
Simon Element, an imprint of Simon & Schuster founded in 2021, publishes books addressing topics that are foundational to how we live—from the meals we eat to the relationships we nurture, the households we manage, and the personal and professional goals we set and strive to achieve. Its books provide information, advice, and inspiration in visually dynamic forms from authorities with original ideas and deep expertise to guide readers on the path through life.

Simon Acumen publishes books that help readers navigate the dynamic world of work. Its books blend theory and practice to provide fresh insights and practical pathways for readers to adapt, learn, and grow as they pursue their professional ambitions.

Together, these imprints champion authoritative, idea-driven books, with publishing programs designed to elevate our authors as category-defining leaders. Our publicity team launches campaigns with national television, radio, print, and online coverage, which reaches beyond the books section to business, lifestyle, cooking, science, health, and more. Our marketing team connects authors to their audiences and generates excitement for their books across communities, from independent booksellers to national accounts, universities, and colleges, and on all social media platforms. We partner closely with our in-house cultural analytics and audience insights team, whose data-driven perspective and cutting-edge tools inform every stage of our campaigns and help maximize impact.
