Meet the team

Diana Crompton joined Gallery Books and Threshold Editions in March 2025. Prior to joining Gallery she worked in the production department at Skyhorse Publishing. After graduating from George Washington University with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication in the spring of 2024, she attended NYU’s Summer Publishing Institute. In college, Diana was a creative development intern at Bold Films and spent a summer interning at a boutique talent agency, KMR. She was also a culture reporter and research assistant for her student newspaper, The Hatchet. Diana is most drawn to highly reported literary non-fiction, but also loves reading memoirs written by her favorite pop culture icons. She supports Paul Choix and Max Meltzer.
