Olivia Taylor Smith joined Simon & Schuster in 2022 as Senior Editor. Prior to joining S&S, Olivia was the Co-Founder and Executive Editor of Unnamed Press in Los Angeles for over eight years where she published over 88 books. Her focus has always been on championing dynamic and voice-driven storytelling from the US and around the world, particularly by debut authors, and including books like A Certain Hunger by Chelsea G. Summers (finalist for the VCU Cabell First Novel Award), Homesick by Jennifer Croft (winner of the Saroyan International Prize), and Like a Bird by Fariha Roisin (one of NPR and Vogue’s Best Books of 2020).
