Mabel Marte Taveras, Assistant Manager, Subsidiary Rights

Mabel Marte Taveras joined Simon & Schuster in January 2020 after completing the City College of New York Publishing Certificate and following internships at Einstein Literary Management and Nancy Yost Literary Agency. She received her B.A. in English and minored in Journalism from the City College of New York. She assists the subrights department mostly on selling foreign rights and serial rights for the adult imprints. Mabel loves learning languages and volunteering, and is currently a permanent member at the volunteer-run Word Up Community Bookshop.
