Meet the team

Caroline Pallotta joined Gallery’s Managing Editorial team in May 2016 after graduating from Emerson College with a degree in writing, literature, and publishing and a minor in leadership and management. Originally from Cleveland, she has previous experience at the Simon & Schuster UK office and served as assistant director at a boutique literary agency. As Managing Editor, Caroline is the primary liaison between editorial and production and oversees the schedules of every title on the Gallery list from manuscript to finished book. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and lives in New York City.
